Jenn Hofmann
I work in GTM StratOps, partnering with field teams to build, enable, and make sure everyone (and the business) is set up for success. I've started from scratch in early stage (Nautilus Labs (acq), Numeric), hyperscaled (Retool), and maintained sustained growth (Credit Suisse, BNYM).
I did my undergrad at Duke (Public Policy, Econ) and grad school at Stanford (Education, Public Policy). I went to grad school to learn how people learn best and what thoughtful pedagogical best practices look like. I bring those learnings into my strategy, ops, and enablement work.
Outside of work, I love volunteering (Minds Matter, NYCHA), running (Big Sur down, currently training for NYC 9+1), and Solidcore.
